New car replacement

Following a loss, should
the vehicle be less than 12 months old and beyond economic repair or
unrecovered, it will be replaced with a new one of the same make and
model. |

Agreed value |
A selection of our
policies allow the vehicle value to be agreed with the insurer when the
policy is first taken out. In the event of a total loss, this value is

A vehicle will be given to
you following a loss whilst your car undergoes repair. On most cases,
the hire vehicle will be the same or of similar type to that of your own
vehicle. If you drive a Merc, you get a Merc... not a Corsa! |

We offer a variety of
breakdown packages to provide single trip or annual cover. This can
include roadside assistance, recovery and home call services and is

MSL provide a legal cover
that assists our clients in the recovery of their uninsured losses (i.e.
compensation for injury, loss of earnings, policy excess, cost of hire
vehicle etc) |

Cover may be provided for
some specialist vehicles to take part in organised track events. This
may be subject to higher excesses and extra charges. |
